Turner Burner 650B build with XX1

Just finished building up a brand spanky new Turner Burner 650b with Sram XX1...

Build highlights include Dannybuilt wheels with DT 240 hubs and a BluntSL front rim, generic chinese carbon rear rim. Also, formula R1 brakes, a Reverb dropper post, a Rock Shox 27.5 Revelation 150 RTC3 fork, Racing Ralph tires, and big ol' platform pedals.

So, what do you think it weighs? Keep in mind, the Turner frame is no one season flyweight disposable toy, it's closer to a 7lb indestructible American made aluminum piece of machinery.  We were all guessing a 27.5, 28lb complete build, then we put it on the scale...

Blam! 25lbs 14oz! With 150mm travel, platform pedals, a dropper post, several scoops of stans, and everything else a bike needs to be actually ridden.  This is one ready to rock trail weapon. 6 inches of travel and serious pedaling efficiency.

Thanks Dr.Dave for letting us build you another badass ride. It's fun to get to play with the latest and greatest toys all the time.

Also, Bikeworks has a size large Turner Burner frame en route as we speak, that will be the newest addition to our ever growing demo fleet, stay tuned!
